How do I view the Countdowns?
Find the video subject matter you are looking for
through the many search options and hyperlinks.
Then, directly under video player of the product
page, you will find a hyperlink saying "View:
Sermon Illustration/Countdown". Click the
words "Countdown" and start the
video player and you will view the countdown
version of that video. Clicking the "Sermon
Illustration" words will toggle the video player
for that page back to the sermon illustation
preview.
Which file type should I pick to download?
Mpg2 files are a little bit older technology but
are DVD quality and our best product if you
have the codec. Mp4 files are the latest
technology and the best file size and
graphics tradeoff and play through i-Tunes
or Quicktime. Mpg1 is the lowest
quality file but the application selected
when a person does not have the latest
codecs or graphics presentation software
and is intending to present through
powerpoint.
I have made a purchase and downloaded the
video but it isn't working on my computer
or presentation software. Why is this
occuring?
Most likely you have purchased a video
file type for a computer or presentation
software that does not have the required
codec for it to process.
If you aren't familar with the different file
types available and what
works best with what presentation software,
we recommend you read a tutorial
developed by WorshipMediaPro.com
for EasyWorship. If you have made a
purchase and need them to be converted
or have other files to be converted,
there is a nice tutorial
here on the K-lite codec conversions
freeware that you can download and
get the required codec.
How do I put a countdown version
in the cart so I can purchase it?
A couple of inches below the video player
you will find the words "File Type" and a
pulldown to the right of them. Click
on the pulldown and scroll down to
Countdown mpeg-2. Then, around an inch
or two the right, find the "Buy Now" button,
click it and the countdown version of the
video will be put into your cart.
